harnessing the power of
 chemical recycling

a clean, circular alternative

to landfilling, incineration and mechanical recycling

Misson

Neowaste   converts hard-to-recycle plastic waste (i.e., mixed, contaminated, dirty, co-molded, etc) and other contaminated waste streams into low sulfur fuel products using a proprietary molecular reformation process called Polycrack Technology.

We were established to help companies and municipalities meet their sustainability goals when it became clear that traditional mechanical recycling markets were collapsing and millions of tons of recyclable materials were being sent to landfills--all as a result of contamination.

Contamination isn't a problem for Neowaste.  We don't recycle mechanically.  We recycle molecularly.  And while the process description can get a bit technical, the science behind what we do is really straightforward:

Plastic is made from oil. We're simply reversing the process and extracting the oil out of the plastic.

The Mission

To make recycling more accessible and more sustainable.
Reduce waste disposal costs

Waste disposal costs are on the rise, reaching up to $300 per ton in certain parts of the US.

Neowaste's chemical recycling solution enables us to provide a more sustainable waste management solution at a significantly lower cost than traditional methods of landfilling, incineration and mechanical recycling.

Environmentally and economically sustainable.

Divert waste from landfills

Communities and businesses send thousands of tons of recyclable materials to landfills and incineration facilities each day because of contamination.

But contamination is not an issue for Neowaste.  In fact, the technology we use was designed to manage waste just as it comes--mixed, dirty and full of moisture.

No sorting, cleaning or drying required.

Generate fuel from alternative sources

Most people in the industry like to think of us as a mini-refinery.  Instead of using crude oil as a feedstock, we use waste.

Neowaste is not only committed to supplying a low sulfur fuel product that exceeds most fuel acceptance standards, but we are also committed to supplying it at a cost that's competitive with Platts benchmark pricing.

ABOUT

Neowaste is decentralizing waste management through chemical recycling.

By establishing a distributed network of small, modular units, we can manage waste at or near the source of generation, ultimately reducing the cost of transporting and managing that waste.

Although we can extract the most fuel from plastic waste, our process is robust enough to process any material with hydrogen and carbon.  This means we can process almost any type of waste on the planet and keep those valuable resources out of our oceans and landfills--all while creating a renewable, low-sulfur fuel product.
